I'm Chris & I own Click2detail.  I've been building model airplanes of all sorts since I was old enough to hold a paint brush.  I've never been happy with 'out-of-the-box' and have always pushed the envelope to build bigger, better, or more detailed.  I began tinkering with CAD design and 3D printing in 2009 to make upgrade and conversion parts for some of my own projects.   I started Click2detail (C2D) in 2010 to share my creations with other modelers.    The majority of C2D products are simply things that I designed for myself and that I hope a few other folks out there might like too.  For anyone interested, I am a professional pilot in my day-job.  C2D is a hobby and I enjoy providing obscure, well-designed, accurate parts to my fellow modelers.
